women’s only jiu-jitsu classes THE 1ST & 3RD FRIDAYS OF EACH MONTH · 11AM-12PM
join our women’s only brazilian jiu-jitsu classes currently offered 2 times a month! these classes are designed to help grow our jiu-jitsu, build trust and confidence on the mats, train practical skills, and have fun while making new female friends on the mats.
this class is open to beginners or anyone looking to training in a diverse, welcoming, and supportive community of women. focus on technique, fitness, self-defense, and building lasting friendships.
when: 1st & 3rd fridays at 11am
